Temporary Shelter
Our Temporary Shelter Program provides families experiencing homelessness with a safe and supportive place to stay for up to 90 days. During their stay, families receive personalized support and access to resources that help them work toward stability, permanent housing, and greater independence.
Personal Growth Development Plan
Each family works alongside our team to develop a personalized plan focused on their individual goals and needs. Through ongoing support, families identify barriers, connect with helpful resources, and take meaningful steps toward housing, employment, financial stability, and greater independence.
Case Management
Our Case Management services provide families with individualized support throughout their journey toward stability. Case managers work alongside each family to navigate challenges, connect with community resources, access essential services, and make progress toward permanent housing and greater independence.
Workshops
Families have access to educational workshops designed to build practical skills and confidence for the future. Topics such as financial literacy, employment, housing, and wellness provide families with helpful tools as they work toward lasting stability and independence.
